What is the quickest way to get flowers to someone today?
Order early. Same-day delivery depends on the cut-off time in the recipient’s time zone, and the countdown near the top of this page shows how long is left. Anything ordered after the cut-off goes out on the next delivery day.
Can I pick the day the bunch arrives?
Yes. You choose a delivery date at checkout, so you can line a surprise up with a birthday, an anniversary or a family dinner.
How many days will a bunch stay fresh?
Most bunches look good for about a week, and sometimes up to ten days. Recut the stems, use clean water, top it up often and keep the vase out of the afternoon sun.
Where do I see the delivery fee?
The fee depends on the bunch you pick and how it is delivered. It is shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Can the card go out without my name on it?
Yes. At checkout you can write a message and sign it, or leave your name off if you want the sender to stay a mystery.
What should I send to a funeral?
Soft whites and creams are the usual choice: lilies, roses and chrysanthemums. Bright yellows and oranges are better saved for other occasions. Ready-made sympathy arrangements take the guesswork out of it.

Which stems last longest in a vase?
Chrysanthemums, carnations and alstroemeria are the long-lasting ones and can hold for around two weeks. Roses and tulips usually give five to seven days. A fresh angled cut every second day helps them all.
